By using TruTops and FAB software for material nesting, we achieve precise material utilization, significantly reducing waste. This makes our processes cost-effective, which positively impacts production costs.
CO₂ Laser Cutting with a source power of 5000 W
CO₂ laser cutting allows for extremely precise machining, more precise than machining processes. The CO₂ laser cutting process is characterized by a small heat-affected zone and a relatively thin cutting gap.
As a result of this process, cut parts with clean, perpendicular edges and very small surface irregularities are obtained. To ensure high cutting quality and maintain dimensional tolerances of structural components, precise guidance of the cutting beam is necessary.
